Three Freesias With A Rose

I was inspired to do this large piece more by the vase than anything else. Purchased at a seaside antique shop in British Columbia, I was unaware that it would have this particular destiny years later. With the smooth lines and contemporary feel, when put into the right setting, it reflected the surrounding light with subtly and grace….the flowers provide the contrasting colors as well as unique shape and form to complete the composition.
